You made a statement about potholes-this tire size does not like them. You have almost no sidewall. Could be that you should consider a different series tire. Also the Bridgestone RE730 or RE750 is an excellent all-around tire from my experience with them both on road and track. Yokohama also has several possibilities available.
the 730's are a great tire, but they get kinda loud as they age.
towards the end they emit nothing short of a dull ROAR.
