Personally don't think it's worth the time/effort. But the biggest advantage with the 4-wheel-discs is the heat dissapation. Drums tend to fade a lot quicker than discs. If you autocross or do a great deal of fooling around on back roads, it may be worth it. If you just want to look cool, I wouldn't bother.
