oh really.. i didn't know that. i got the impression from the amp specs that it will only run in either 2 or 4 ohm, but not both. i'm specifically looking at the ppi pcx-5800.

4ohm 50 and 200 watts rms
2ohm 100 and 400 watts rms

so i can get an alpine type r dvc 2ohm and 4ohm component set?
