As far as the motor going in the car, you shouldn't have to swap any wiring for the motor to work with the civics components(fuel pump, etc.)...
Now for the dash swap, that's another story as far as wires go... not too sure about that.
Either forgo the ABS (the easiest option) and just use the civics braking system... if you insist on keeping ABS then just swap the rear assemblies and front knuckles/hubs from a GSR to keep ABS.
I would just keep the civics interior and braking system and throw that motor in there to make things quick & easy and call it a day. just my .02:dunno:
