Thanks. Any comment regarding whether the best starting point would be a CAI or cat-back exhaust?

So, if a cat-back gives about 5 HP, what would the gain be for the cat-back and a good header - roughly 15? For reference, my stock GS-R is supposed to be about 170 HP.
