Default B20Z into a 1993 Civic Si

I want to swap a 1999 OBDII B20Z into a 1993 OBDI Civic Si. I would appreciate any help, especially if it is from someone who has swapped an OBDII non-vtec engine into an OBDI vtec car.

What I have:
-B20Z longblock

What I need: (I think)
-OBDI integra LS wiring harness
-OBDI integra LS ECU
-OBDI integra LS intake manifold, including fuel rail and injectors
-OBDI integra LS alternator

What I am confused about:
-Do I NEED to get an OBDI LS alternator?
-Do I need to swap the plug that comes out of the base of the distributor on the B20 with the plug from an OBDI integra LS?
-Does the OBDI LS engine have a knock sensor? If not, will the knock sensor on my B20Z be used?
-Can I use the injectors, fuel rail, and throttle body from the B20Z?
