You need the entire rear suspension of a disk car, the e-brake cables, the master cylinder, the proportioning valve or two adjustable ones (yes, you need these if you want this to be an actual upgrade, not a downgrade). To make it a short list, Every single part would be rather long....but that's pretty much it. You'll need to remove the ABS sensors, and you won't want to hook up the ABS unit as it'll be a nightmare and far from worth it.
