Anyways, with a new header and catback, what kind of horsepower gain do you think I can get?

I'd go with an Apexi WS cat-back as it isnt noisy and has a deep nice tone to it..describing just what you wanted. And with the header and catback, you prob wont gain much more than 8-10 hp...
