I have had a set like those on my car. I had the APR Formula 3 ones. As for being able to see u will not have a problem. The reason i got rid of mine was that they were illegal. plus they didn't go with my car. But it is up to u, and its ur car, i would just check ur local laws first.
i have no windshield wipers.. lol if i get pulled over.. i think that will be the smallest concern
