so even if the filter is wet it won't hydrolock the engine? From what I understand, the filter has to be sumberged in water. I have a CAI in my accord, and the filter is above the splash gaurd, and i'm wondering if this winter when it snows, if snow gets in it will it hydrolock my engine? I cannot decide wether or not a bypass valve is worth it or not.
