I have a 1996 GS-R (OBD-II Car) ,if I have an OBD-I 1994-1995 Del Sol VTEC motor in their, would I still be able to pass emissions? I was thinking they will check it for OBD-2 crap and their computer mite not work with my OBD-1 ECU.
