TMPGEnc to mpeg 2 file, then Ulead DVD Movie Factory 2 to burn. h:

if the dimension of your movie is about 640x480, then choose aspect ration of 4:3. (4/3 = 1.33333 = 640/480 - or any other combination of the dimension of your video file)

4:3 is the aspect ratio of regular TV.

They have new type of widescreen TV/DVD movies that's encoded at 16x9 ratio. Usually, the AVI file will show a black bar on top and bottom. therefore, you have to convert using 16x9. Or else, the picture and people will look really tall.

for other weird ration that you video file show, you prolly have to play around when you click on advance and choose your own CUSTOM ratio.
