It is secured behind the radio... there are 2 vertical screws that have to be removed and it will slide right out. Just crawl in there so you can see behind that console, and you should see them.
Yup.
You'll have to use the frame that comes with the new radio and bend the tabs to hold the frame in place.
Lay dowm in the drivers foot well and look behind the radio. You will see the two screws there.
