uh... you sure you drive a 4th gen accord? i'd like to see pics of your car. because it sounds like you have a rotor-over-hub setup, which didn't appear in the States for the Accord until 1998+.
I have a 1990 Accord EX 4 door.
the rotors can be changeed simply by removingthe wheel, removing the hub. turning it over and removeing 4 bolts that hold the rotor on. it is not that hard. just time consumeing.
