Here is my mommys don't get sick drink formula.

1/2 cup honey, 4 drops of euceliptas oil (don't know how to spell) and 4 drops of lemon oil. put it in a cup and add pretty warm water and stir it all up. Tastes like shit but works like... well it works really good.
