Hmm I didn't know that about the CKF sensor not being on the B16. It's not in my Helms manual since mine is a '93 manual so I figrued maybe it's part of all the OBD-II cars. Anyway, the OBD-II cars that came with the B16 are the '99-'00 Civic Si and the '96-'97 del Sol VTEC. If they don't have the CKF sensor then you could use an ECU from either one of those cars and you should be fine.
