Customers do get what the want most of the time. My gf works in customer service for Braun/Gillette/Duracell and people basically take advantage of "the customer is always right". I really hate the general public. A lot of people are very dishonest. In your case, though, you were misled and had a right to complain. Every time I've dealt with mobile phone service companies they're always really shady. Now I have a pay-as-you-go and I don't really have to deal with them. Although, they just gobbled up about $15 worth of minutes I had because I hadn't "topped up" aka bought more minutes, in the past 90 days. How is that for customer service.
