Default It does pay to complain..

I bought a new Samsung picture phone from sprint a little less than a month ago. When i bought i was told about a $140 rebate for buying the phone..once I got the phone they told me that it was only for activating a new account that you could get the rebate..I bitched about how I've been with them for over 4 yrs and how I was told by the SPrint store people I could get the rebate since I hadn't bought a new phone in over a yr etc etc. Well i just got an e-mail from them saying that:

"Thank you for contacting the Sprint PCS Rebate Center. You are a
valued Sprint customer, so we are pleased to inform you that we have
updated your record. Your rebate submission is now valid. Please
allow 4 to 6 weeks from the end of the required activation period to
receive your rebate."
