The only thing that sucks about Craftsman tools I think is that, depending on which tool, if you break it and replace it at sears, they give you a refurbished tool back. My friend had a broken ratchet replaced and he ended up getting an old school Craftsman ratchet back. I know with Snap-on they just replace the tool.
Not around here. When I break something I go in the store get an exact brand new tool bring it to the counter and say I broke one and this is the same thing and they give me that brand new one. However I have noticed at one Sears they have this shelf with all kinds of socket wrenches on it and those might be refurbished. But even so who really cares, your shits used still.
