could do that, but if you get busted again for the same violation ... you're fuxored.
like i said, if you know you're wrong, have the exhaust removed, then show proof that it was removed ... i'm not sure what else the judge will tell you. In most of the illegal modification cases, they will tell you to take it off and come back in X amount of days with a receipt.
