I guess you put a transmitter on the dogs collar and you have a remote thing, and it "tells" you what the dog is saying. A waste of $130 if you ask me. Sounds alittle :ghey: imo
I saw a commercial for it awhile ago...I think its being marketed as a toy...otherwise I'm moving to canada.
