I think it's pretty shitty all the closed door dealing that go on here, where ppl get "warned" and then are discouraged from talking about it, get "warned" again for bringing it public and have their threads locked.

There's a feature called Private Message. You should have taken that route to contact the moderator instead of posting it publically in the basement calling him out. That is why you were warned. I will warn you again until you get the point that this should have been taken care of via PM with the moderator you were having a problem with. End of story. No arguments, no ifs, and no buts.
Maybe you should think about this before posting threads about your PERSONAL situation again in a public forum.
