The navigation system on the TL also does cool things like control the audio and climate control system. The 6MT also adds a Limited Slip Differential and is a much smoother gearbox than found on the 2003 CL-S.

TLs are hot right now, particularly Navi ones, however you might be able to do slightly under MSRP.
