Thats sucks you got hurt, I hope you doing better. It really only odes take a quick second for something to go wrong. I had a prett bad concussion from mountain biking a long time ago. Basically the same things that you could remeber, mnius the ambulance, there was never one called. But memory loss of things that literally just happened is really scary.

I hope you're are planning on getting back on the bike come spring, these things are too much fun to give up!

If you use the rear brakes most of the time then the chances are that you are riding carefully and safely looking away and very aware of whats going on.

Obviously it's not what you would do if you were doing a canyon run.
