i did it myself after reading xbox-scene for like 3 weeks straight. wasn't too hard at all. the only problem i had was networking the xbox to the computer and that was because my computer's ethernet card was screwy.
Router solves that problem real quick too
I talked to him but he hasn't had time to do it yet because of work et al.
