There is no set rule to needing a camber kit.
Youll have to install the suspension, and get an alignment. The alignment printout will have all the information you need. Pay attn to negative camber, and make sure they have eliminated or almost eliminated toe (which is what eats your tires).
Unless you have like -3deg camber, I would ride on the tires for a bit and monitor their wear. If you dont see any uneven wear after a while, dont worry about it. With Comptech springs, you should be fine.
Im on sportlines with like -2.6deg camber, and my Kumhos have ~30k under those conditions. There is some uneven wear, and the inners are just about done, but thats after 30k. I just rotate my tires frequently, and Im a-ok.
