Pretty straight forward. Drain coolant, disconnect fan wires, detach hoses, unbolt it and pull it out. You have easy access to taking off the fans once the radiator is out but you can take them out while the radiator is still in, your choice. Should be reverse order when installing it back in. Takes about half an hour.
If your ghetto like me youll seal the crack with JB weld and wait 6 months to replace the radiator. JB weld is your friend.
