Try bleeding the air bubbles out of the clutch master cylinder (if it's hydraulic). If that doesn't work, you might want to replace the clutch, throw-out bearing, and pilot bushing. Also, try putting the car on a lift to make sure the linkage isn't binding on something when put into reverse. Is it hard to get it into reverse or just out? The worst possible cause could be a damaged tranny.
