An 86-87 D16A1 swap should run around $500 at most.
A brown cover ZC swap will float around $5-700.
Any B-series swap will be at least $2000.

The best choice is to straight up buy an 86-87 Integra and start swapping in the Integra goodness (engine, transaxle, disc brakes, etc.)
