what kind of tranny do u have now?
it has to be an H series automatic, i dont think the F series auto will fit or last for that matter.
longevity is a factor
you will probably need to get an h22a jdm auto ecu, or you may be able to keep your TCM and just add the h22a ecu

that price sounds about right, you may be able to find it for cheaper
if you live in/near NY i could install it for you and also build you an engine for about 3000

thats a 0 miles h22a installed
