Default 90K Maintenance

I have a '98 Civic DX coupe that is going to hit 90K sometime late this year or early next year. I'll be taking it in to get the timing belt, water pump, and all other belts replaced.
Can anyone think of anything else I should get done around this time (i.e. oil seals, valve adjustment, oil pump, alternator, etc...)? I want to get as much done as possible at one time excluding the normal maintenance items (tune up, oil change, etc...) which I do myself.
Also, if I'm overlooking something major that should be done shortly after 90K, I'll just get that done as well.

Thanks
