if you want to retrofit hid into projectors take a look at these.
oh hids have to "charge" up a little before they come on. so they are best when used for lows and you keep your highs stock. there isn't really a point in putting hid in both the high and low. you keep having to turn on and off your highs anyway to keep from blinding oncoming traffic. it'd hurt like hell to stare into hid high beams.
