No, dual air bags werent standard until the 1994 model year. 92-93 DXs, LXs had driver side air bags only. EX may have had dual air bags for the 93 model year, I forget. 93 SE had them without a doubt. If you notice, the dashboard is designed slightly different than the usual 4th gen layout to supply the passenger side air bag.
