I think SE comes standard with leather, but I think it also comes standard with an automatic transmission. The SE also has the f22a1 if I'm not mistaken, where as the EX has the f22a6 which has a little more power. Ex models had leather as an option, and they were available in 5spd as well as auto. If any of this info is incorrect, please feel free to correct me. I think most of it should be deemed accuarate though.
