quite honestly, on a 6th gen (98-02), getting 19s is pushing the envelope, but on a 5th gen (94-97), the tire size would be even thinner.

Anyways, for a 7.5" wide rim, the ideal offset is +45mm

For a 8" wide rim, the ideal offset is +47mm (I think)

If you look at this thread, one guy says he has 19x8" rims on +45mm offset, and he says he doesn't rub
