I actually wasn't "bid snipping" as you put it . I bid earlier in the day, then I bid again when I got home and I was the highest bidder at the time. Then I went to a have coffee at a coffee house and remember I was bidding on headlights. I logged on and somebody had out bid me. Then I bid in small increments like 20 times trying out bid him, then it turned off on me.

There's nothing wrong with bidding at the last minute.
