well i have no idea how the new Xplodes are nowadays, but I kno the older Xplodes kinda suck. But the specs on the one u displayed looks decent. Of course you could always upgrade with more cash, but if u don't have it, u could always stick with the one u want. For $120, i could get a 12" JL Audio W3 with some extra cash to spare. You just gotta look around or know a distributor
