i detailed for 2 years.. and it alot of it (not most) does come off by just spraying it... it would have revealed the white alot more than it does.. which it doesnt.. 
yah I was just playing devil's advocate. I actually agree with you on this one, the fronts do look very gunmetalish...very odd :thinking:
