Get DOT 4 it typically a better fluid for lots of stop and go driving (hard stops like in auto cross) the price differrence is negligible.

It has a higher boiling point making it more stable. Don't get DOT 5 it is not compatible with your car.


I personally recommend ATE Blue or or Castrol LMA....

they are minimally hygroscopic.
