I forget the part #'s that you have listed and am too lazy to look them up but for your set up, you would be more than ok with the Heavy Duty Pressure Plate and Street Disc.

You definitely don't want and 4 or 6 puck discs unless you are doing some serious racing... these discs have a much harsher engagement and really are intended for race and not street.

I believe the XT denotes Xtreme and the HD denotes Heavy Duty... Like I said, you could go Xtreme Pressure plate but it's really not needed for your set up since you don't have much torque so the Heavy Duty will be more than enough to get the job done... just make sure to stick with the Street Disc either way.
