Bank fawked up on that one. bank teller got fired for not checking my ID and checking the check.
That sucks. There should be some legal action you can take, it may seem like a small thing, but if future employer's find out you were fired because you were a suspected thief, that may cause you some trouble.

No I edited out the last names. thats why I used ??? for my name and *** for his. but we both have the same first name and same middle intl.
