I know that skunk2 makes both, and B&M makes only the single bend kind but passes it off for all Integras. It also tends to rattle against the exhaust piping so I don't really reccomend it.
FatBooty's right, I forgot that only B&M makes the "one size fits all honda's shifter" (*sarcasm*). I like the short throws of my shifter, and since i have long arms i dont mind that the shifter doesnt have the double bend. Mine doesnt rattle, by the way.
