they can't do that. The game has a rating on it and it explains the violence content and all that. If anything it is the parent's fault for being irresponsible and letting thier kids play it.

Besides, it doesn't take a video game to influence kids to do shit like that. The fact that a person is homicidal at all kind of makes it an inevitability, it's all about what factor sparks the event. It didn't have to be GTA.
