My '86 Accord Lx-i takes forever to start when cold (both outside temp and motor temp). During the summer it didn't do this. I've narrowed it down to a 'not getting enough gas' problem because it readily starts when carb cleaner is sprayed in the intake.

The fuel pressure is OK (at the plenum) and the motor has good compression and spark when cold cranking. When a noid light is hooked to the injectors, it's dim. This is suspect, and I've heard Hondas of this era are common to have faulty computers. Can anyone corroborate?
