i dont talk down because i bought a house, i "talk down" because ive started my family. ive learned theres a hell of a lot more to life to spending money on car parts. ive learned that going out to buy a vacuum cleaner or some can lights for my basement is not such a bad thing. No one ever saved money staying at home with their folks, thats a farce. the sooner you buy the better you are.
