i have 9005 cool blues for my low beams right now. one blew out in like two months. i seriously doubt these are blinding other drivers, they are just not that bright. i think they look good though. not an "HID" look, but just nice, white headlights.
i have the 9005 cool blues and it's close to a year and a half since i installed them. i have no problems whatsoever. just keep your greasy fingers off the glass!
