OK,

First warranties are a pain in the ass because according to Honda cold air intakes and mufflers/cat backs will void your warranty. BUT this is not 100% true because as long as they do not cause a problem then your ok. Also the only thing you have to worry about is say you have a cold air intake and you drive into a huge puddle of water and your engine hydrolocks, well since you installed the cold air intake instead of honda's warranty that came with the car that would usually pay for it, you have to pay for it because you installed something on the car that was not there when you first purchased the car.
