Ok, I am new to car mods. I just bought a 1991 Integra RS. It has 165 KM, runs great. The engine is in great shape with no signs of leaky oil or any other fluids for that matter.

I want some simple but subtle horsepower upgrades for my car. I have been told cold air intake is a good start. The car has just had new exhaust installed before I bought it. Is there simple little things that I can do that will make a noticable difference? I want to keep my cost down to a min if possible until I can really spend a lot on the car in the summer.
