The other option would be to set up a tape player that has an earphone jack on it, run a direct line to the back of a sound card with a line in, and use some software to encode the input to WAV or MP3 files. Then of course, use you're favorite burning software to make them into CDs. Of course, that does require effort and some technical effort, but the CDs will last a lot longer than the tapes too.

Otherwise, you can order the OEM one from honda, or I'm sure if you keep your eyes on eBay, you'll run across one sooner or later!
