you have to think about it logically. one good giveaway is the fact that she was in an iraqi hospital. if she really had been attacked, why would the opposing side take her to a hospital and just torture her more, yet keep her alive? they could have just inished her off in the spot.
she was actually well cared for.
POW's are SUPPOSED to be well taken care of.
POW's are not supposed to be raped and killed.
